interest in becoming a vendor at the 2025 Harrod Pork Rind Festival. As we embark on our 3rd year for the Arts & Crafts show, we cannot help but get excited to see how much more it will grow this year! We know June is packed with all kinds of summer festivals and events and we feel honored you have chose to apply for our event. Communication and planning is key to having a successful and smoothly run event and we strive to do our best for you!
Thank you for your The Pork Rind Festival runs Friday June 13th at 4:00pm-12:00am and Saturday June 14th at 10:00am to 12:00am. Don't worry, The Arts and Crafts Show portion does not run this entire time! The Arts & Crafts show portion is Friday 4:00pm-9:00pm and Saturday 10:00am-4:00pm. You must stay set up this entire time but are also welcome to stay set up longer on Saturday if you wish!
Tons of activities are packed into both days which will bring in a crowd of people to shop your hand-made items. Once accepted, we will add you to a private Facebook group to share tons of information and details about the festival in case you would like to curate your items to our events!
We are looking for any and all HANDMADE items. If you took part in making the product, we want you to join us! Vendors are selected off product quality and uniqueness. Categories will be limited to ensure we provide shoppers with a wide variety of items and limit the saturation of products. Unfortunately we do not accept any MLM or resale vendors. Clothing boutiques are the only exception.
The committee will start selecting participants on March 1st and continue until full. Applying for our show does not mean you are automatically accepted. You will be notified by email if you have been chosen or not. At that time you will need to send payment. Once payment has been received, you will be added to the exclusive Facebook group.
Outdoor booths only
No power supply available
Security is provided over night
Vendor is responsible for providing tent, tables and chairs for the booth.
Friday set up will be from 1:30-3:30.
Saturday set up will be from 7:30am to 9:30am.
All vehicles must be moved by the end of this time frame. Parking will be available on a first come first served basis at a near-by lot.
WE EXPECT YOU TO STAY SET UP FOR THE ENTIRE TIME FRAME. Packing up and leaving before 4:00pm may affect your chances of being selected for future festivals. Vehicles will not be permitted in the vendor area until 4:00pm.
Registration will close on May 3rd or until event spaces have been filled.
